The Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) on Tuesday presented the all – important Outline Business Case (OBS) Certificate of the new Ibadan Inland Dry Ports to Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajumobi.
Presenting the certificate , the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Council, Mr. Hassan Bello disclosed that OBC certificate was valid for 12 months, even as he expressed optimism that the turning of sod, and mobilization for commencement of construction work will begin before the end of 2018 or early 2019.
